Complaints Procedure
We try to provide the best level of service and advice through our trained and experienced health insurance advisors, however, we understand that occasionally you may not be 100% satisfied with our service, advice or recommend product - if this is the case, we’d like to know.
You can lodge a complaint by calling us on 1300 672 067 and speaking to a manager, emailing us on hello@comparify.au attention management, or write to us at level 2/627 Chapel street, South Yarra.
We’ll strive to resolve your issue immediately and endeavour to get back to you within 24 hour with a response.
If there is an issue that you’re not quite happy with regarding the private health insurance fund that was recommended, you can contact the fund direct or lodge a complaint with the Private Health Insurance Ombusman office a www.ombudsman.gov.au.
