Terms and Conditions for Comparify Referral Program

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the Comparify Referral Program. By participating in the Referral Program, participants agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

The referrer must be an existing Comparify customer who has taken out a private health insurance product that includes private hospital cover and remain financial on the same policy for 3 consecutive months.

The referred individual must take out a new private health insurance product through Comparify that includes private hospital cover and remain financial on the same policy for 3 consecutive months.

3. Referral Reward

Both the referrer and the referred individual will receive a $100 cashback or $100 gift card.

The reward choice (cashback or gift card) will be determined by the participant at the time of confirmation.

4. Referral Process

The referrer must provide the referred individual’s details to Comparify through the designated referral process.

The referred individual must mention the referrer’s details at the time of purchasing their private health insurance product through Comparify.

Both parties must complete the necessary documentation and comply with Comparify’s policy terms and conditions.

5. Reward Distribution

The rewards will be issued within 90 days of the referred individual’s successful purchase and activation of the private health insurance product.

Cashback will be deposited into the bank account provided by the participants during the referral process.

Gift cards will be delivered to the postal or email address provided by the participants.

6. General Conditions

The Referral Program is only valid for private health insurance products that include private hospital cover.

Comparify reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time without prior notice.

Comparify is not responsible for any tax implications related to the rewards. Participants should seek independent advice if necessary.

Comparify reserves the right to disqualify any participants who do not comply with these Terms and Conditions or attempt to abuse the Referral Program.

7. Limitations

Each referred individual can only be referred once. If multiple referrals are received for the same individual, only the first referral received will be eligible for the reward.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.
